First time buying a car....Fabrice, Jennifer and Casey made the experience so easy and convenient. I chose to buy from Auto Passion based on the customer service I have witnessed first hand prior to this vehicle purchase. A customer who recently purchased an Audi from Auto Passion came into the Shop I work at and had non repairable damage to a tire. The vehicle was AWD and needed all 4 tires. While he had zero responsibility and without question Fabrice paid for the tires. I immediately knew this is where I would be purchasing from. I have also serviced many cars for Fabrice, and when something wrong is noticed , the necessary repairs are made properly before the vehicle is sold. Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with, she put up with my piss poor humor and even gave me some sass back. No pressure, no additionals and no B.S.
