So there I was scrolling through Facebook marketplace and then I saw it, it was a Roku, four-wheel-drive and looking sexy. So I decided to go to the auto passion team and see if this car was for me. As I walked into the building I was greeted by a very friendly sales person named Laura. Laura’s presence Is similar to being greeted by a ray of sunshine mixed with a rainbow. She was able to answer all of my Questions in a way that was enlightening, informative, and personable. And the rest of the Auto Passion Team were warm and welcoming as well. Laura asked me questions as we tested out a few vehicles to help me find a type of car I was looking for. I ended up not going with the Roku, because it just didn’t fit “me.” Like, the “inner me.” But she ended up matching me with a beautiful Nissan Rogue. Laura is basically Tinder but for cars. What an amazing talent.

I chose to buy from Auto Passion based on the customer service I have witnessed first hand prior to this vehicle purchase. A customer who recently purchased an Audi from Auto Passion came into the Shop I work at and had non repairable damage to a tire. The vehicle was AWD and needed all 4 tires. While he had zero responsibility and without question Fabrice paid for the tires. I immediately knew this is where I would be purchasing from. I have also serviced many cars for Fabrice, and when something wrong is noticed , the necessary repairs are made properly before the vehicle is sold. Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with, she put up with my piss poor humor and even gave me some sass back. No pressure, no additionals and no B.S. She was one the ball and she worked hard to get us the interest rate and term we were looking for. She also is the reason we are in this car versus the one we went in to purchase. Best car buying experience I've gotten. I spent somewhere around and hour total there. Super friendly staff, especially James, he helped me with everything I need and made the process super fast and easy. The finance department was just as good, and make sure we knew what we were signing and no hidden fees or obscure contracts. If I ever need another car I'd definitely go here and I'd recommend everyone I know to go there too. Far better than any other dealership I've ever been to!
