A customer who recently purchased an Audi from Auto Passion came into the Shop I work at and had non repairable damage to a tire. The vehicle was AWD and needed all 4 tires. While he had zero responsibility and without question Fabrice paid for the tires. I immediately knew this is where I would be purchasing from. Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with, she put up with my piss poor humor and even gave me some sass back. No pressure, no additionals and no B.S. She was one the ball and she worked hard to get us the interest rate and term we were looking for. She also is the reason we are in this car versus the one we went in to purchase.
