    First time buying a car....Fabrice, Jennifer and Casey made the experience so easy and convenient. I chose to buy from Auto Passion based on the customer service I have witnessed first hand prior to this vehicle purchase. A customer who recently purchased an Audi from Auto Passion came into the Shop I work at and had non repairable damage to a tire. The vehicle was AWD and needed all 4 tires. While he had zero responsibility and without question Fabrice paid for the tires. I immediately knew this is where I would be purchasing from. I have also serviced many cars for Fabrice, and when something wrong is noticed , the necessary repairs are made properly before the vehicle is sold. Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with, she put up with my piss poor humor and even gave me some sass back. No pressure, no additionals and no B.S. She was one the ball and she worked hard to get us the interest rate and term we were looking for. She also is the reason we are in this car versus the one we went in to purchase. She questioned our decision based on her knowledge of our situation and what we were looking for. Let me tell you this.......she was RIGHT! Casey was also a part of that decision!!!!! THANK YOU both so much, for listening, paying attention, understanding and rather than just making the easy sale...actually caring about your customers!!!!!

We live about 4 hours away, so I requested some additional pictures of the vehicle, as well as warranty information before commiting, and James emailed them to me quickly. My husband and I made the drive down and were welcomed bright and early on Saturdy morning. We liked the small, close feel of the dealership.     It was such a pleasure working with this team to buy my car! I called pretty close to closing time but Laura was still happy to go out and do a video tour with me. The paperwork was prepared when I arrived and the process was very smooth. I had some issues with the dealership fixing something that should’ve been covered but Kasey was fantastic about calling in, setting up an appointment, being an advocate for me, and even covering the cost when the dealership refused to cover it under warranty. I drove down from northern Utah to get the car and would be happy to work with them again in the future!

    I went in, test drove a couple cars, Andy was very helpful, we even went over the carfax on a car I was interested in. They kept me in the loop on the car I was interested even a couple days after I test drove it. We weren't able to make a deal, but I would go back if I found another car on their lot I was interested in.

    I knew I was going to buy a car, spent MONTHS looking, but what I REALLY wanted no one in town carried. One day as luck would have it I drove past Auto Passion & right out front is my dream car! The Audi Q5!!! They had all the cars on my dream list that no other dealer carried in town too! They were excellent people, helped me with all my many questions, stayed open later so my mom could see it, kept in contact with me while the process was going on AND even knocked down the price!!! Hands down best car dealership in town & trust me, I had gone to them ALL! Literally! I love LOVE my new car & am so glad they carry the selection no other place does!
